Business is all about selling; selling and making as much profit as possible. When making a business presentation that successfully reflects your concept, product or services, you must know your material or what your business engages in. Make your business presentation attractive enough to capture the attention of your audience. Our presentation diagrams are easy to use, simple and attractive to help you leave an impact on your audience. To make your presentation a success, simplify all the words used for better delivery. Such a business presentation allows the audiences get the message you are trying to put across due to the space surrounding it that makes it easy to read. If using PowerPoint of any version or with different numbers of slides, take important note of the slide layout. Your business presentation will be easy to follow if all your slides are also easy to follow. The layout should include a title with all the text reading from left to right. All the important information must be given priority since the bottom part is rarely seen by many. The slide designs will work well if carefully designed and chosen. Pick the right slide for the right audience. A clean, attractive, straightforward layout will do wonders for a business presentation targeted towards a business clientele. Avoid one that comes with too much color and different shapes. Instead, keep the number of your slides to a minimum so that your presentation does not become too long and boring. To avoid distracting the reader, use an average of one slide per minute for your business presentation. Rather than pure text, you can also use charts, photos and graphs to keep your audience glued to your business presentation. Come up with a clear and neat business presentation. Needless clutter is a no; no. Unnecessary punctuation must also be avoided so that you do not confuse your readers. When you use too many punctuations, you will not only be making it difficult for the reader to read well but also interfere with the message delivery as a simple punctuation can easily alter your business statement or message. Keep your fonts simple. The most common and readable fonts to use are Times New Romans, Verdana and Arial. Fancy fonts are not easy to read as they may be disturbing your reader’s eye. Make your business presentation have fonts large enough so that your readers can be able to read regardless of their position. Making an attractive business presentation may call for use of bright and attractive colors. Avoid too much grey as this will bore and discourage readership. Using dark text on a light background is ideal. However, stay clear of white backgrounds as they will only make your text color lighter. Carefully pick out your colors to dazzle and encourage readership. Another background that will discourage readership is a patterned, rough or textured background. Simply opt for simplicity and keep the color choice same throughout the business presentation. John Smith is the author of this article on visual business knowledge.
